Animal Experience Gift vouchers can be emailed directly to you or to the gift recipient. To redeem the experience, the recipient simply needs to use their gift voucher code to make a reservation online.
Please note, purchasing an animal experience gift voucher does not equate to making a booking. It does not allow for a specific date to be chosen at the time of purchase. The recipient is required to schedule their experience using the online booking portal, with their gift voucher code.
